The future of business is the Fly-by-Wire Enterprise
XCLNav Academy is a company dedicated to promoting a new field called Enterprise Design Engineering. The main goal is to replace all intuition based solutions in a business with a true engineering method and tools.
Why is this important? The biggest reason is to eliminate craftsmanship from all enterprise activities. It is impossible in today's economy to be able to integrate in an efficient way business operations, with change management, with talent development, and to design and build enterprise applications to support them. Our goal is to introduce enterprise design into all these activities. The end result is the future of the business called fly-by-wire enterprise. In this model, enterprise software plays the role of an intermediary platform between business management, participants to the business, and an ever changing market.
This concept may also be called run-by-wire, as all the operational changes in any area will be run through a common platform that will synchronize changes across employee roles, enterprise software applications, and business processes. For now we will keep the fly-by-wire name as this process can be interpreted also as a synchronization mechanism that implements operational changes on the fly for the entire enterprise.
